Director Maximilla Lukacs turns Becky Stark’s emotional free fall into a vision of balletic elegance, framing her billowy figure against a plain black background which later explodes into glitter and confetti, making it look as if she’s doing The Dying Swan in the middle of a snowglobe. Their new album Incorruptible Heart is pure wonder, and is currently streaming/available here (a limited edition is also available in lavender vinyl!).

This was also rather unceremoniously uploaded last month to little fanfare outside of YouTube (it currently sits at a paltry 591 views), which is totally undeserving considering how lovely it all is. The video revisits a sleepy country ballad from the band’s 2007 album Imagine Our Love, and sees a ring of luminous ladies with light dresses and flowery hair-decorum dance praises to mother nature in synchronised harmony, which when viewed from above appears to mimic a flower in bloom. ♥
