‘Ragged Old Angels (Demo 2012)’ by K.I.D.S.

Another group mysteriously and discreetly born into the blogosphere, London-based K.I.D.S. draw on the glacial kraut pop of Ladytron for their near-seven minute chug-along. With it’s rigid rock restraints slowly thawing to reveal cinematic string sections and room-filling reverb, it ends in a much bigger place than where it starts. Let’s hope the band follows suit.
